Today I run a fleet of autonomous AI agents in parallel, which makes me 10 to 20x more productive at shipping real products. ## How I work I spent 10 years writing every line of code myself. Now I work AI-native: I design the system, autonomous coding agents build it in parallel, and I review and ship. Same quality bar, 10 to 20x the output. 1. **Architect.** I design the system, the data model and the constraints. This part stays human, because every good product starts with sharp decisions. 2. **Delegate to agents.** Autonomous coding agents pick up well-scoped tasks in parallel: features, tests, migrations and reviews. Each one works in its own sandbox and branch. 3. **Review and ship.** I review every change, hold the quality bar and ship small releases often.
